Two options are available to you, Full Custom or Semi-Custom

Base Design

Having difficulty coming up with ideas for a new design? You are crunched for time and don’t have any ideas for a design; you can get inspired by our semi-custom program. Semi-custom designs are created each year by our graphic artists. All you have to do is choose a base design you like, choose your colors and add your logos. This is a quick way to get the custom apparels you need in a shorter period of time.

Custom Jersey

The full custom option will allow you to have a unique design. We have a great team of Graphic Designers ready to create something just for you. All we need is your logos and some guidelines like colors, general look, images you found on the web… as much information as possible to give our team a good idea of what you are looking for. We will then create a sketch of the collection for you to see what your dream can look like.

What You Need to know

Art format
You can submit your logos and other visuals as either high resolution photos, or in Vector format. If you are familiar with Adobe Illustrator we will gladly provide you with our templates, which will allow you to place your art the right location and proportionately. All our templates are available in the design template section

What is vector format? Vector art, usually created in a drawing program, is a framework of paths comprised of floating anchor points set at specific coordinates on a page which are connected by segments. Vector paths can easily be repositioned as well as their colors changed with a click of the mouse. The opposite would be an art created with pixels. 99% of the time, a logo is created in a Vector format. If you can’t find your logo in Vector format, you can send us a lower resolution format and we will retrace it for you. Graphic fees will apply (65$/hour).
Vector LogoLogo authorization: You are solely responsible for obtaining proper permission for the use of all logos before submitting them. Logos must be submitted with all brand identity requirements, including trademarks ™ and/or registration marks®. Logo files can be accepted via email, FTP site or CD and will be implemented exactly as they are received. LG will not modify the overall make of an official logo, colors, etc.

Color selection
You can have as many colors as you want in your design.  It is important that your LG> product looks the way you expect it to; the best way to make sure the colors meet your expectations is to provide us with Pantone® reference colors. Pantone® is a global standard that ensure we’re all speaking the same language when we talk about color allowing us to do a better job of producing the colors that you ordered.
You may also refer to our color chart available in our download section.

Custom Layout

Sketches and layouts
Once we have all the information on your idea, we will start working on sketches of the styles you previously selected. You will be able to see what your collection will look like. This is the moment when you can have colors, positions and styles changed. It is the moment you get creative and work in collaboration with your Garneau artist. Once the design is final and reflects what you were look for, we will send you the layouts (1/4 scale). This is the most important part of the process. It is the moment you need to approve the design created for you. It is important that each piece is verified and not only the sketch on the side. You must look at colors, logo size, logo spelling as well as logo placement. We can do all changes requested in order for you to be completely satisfied with the result. The last step is signing the layouts which confirm that we can go ahead with them into production. This is when the production timeline starts.

Our production lead time is from 3 to 5 weeks. It can vary depending on the size of the order and period of the year.
