Who are we ?
For over 35 years, Louis Garneau has been a worldwide industry leader in design and manufacturing of sports products and apparel. Louis Garneau Sports is 350 passionate employees across Canada, USA, Mexico and Asia who work relentlessly to offer the best products on the market.
Where are the garments fabricated?
Garneau products are designed in Canada and manufactured in our own facilities in Canada and Mexico.
Producing in our own factories allows us to monitor quality control and maximize timeline on production.
Having difficulty coming up with a new design?
We have a great team of graphic designers ready to create something just for you! All we need is your logos in a vector format and some guidelines like colors, general look, images found on the Web….
Sketches are done to give a general idea and overall look of the design.
If you have logos that need to be redrawn, there may be additional nominal design fees.
We also have some pre-designed templates to use as a great starting point available on website.
Are the design and colors included in the price?
Design and sublimation are included in pricing. You can have as many colors as you want in your design. We match pantone colors to ensure consistency of color.
Our graphic artists are careful not to use white in large areas, especially in cycling bottoms and triathlon. Keep in mind that garments may become transparent when wet.
Which size to choose?
A sizing chart is available our custom website and Fit Kits are also available to help your choose the right sizes.
We encourage clients to allow enough time to try on apparel samples to determine proper fit.
Fit kits need to be returned to LG within 1 to 2 weeks.
Fit kits are charged to customer's account and are credited upon return. Shipping fee to get you the samples is paid by LG>, you only need to pay the return using the courier of your choice.

What is the difference between Race fit and Standard fit?
We designed our Race fit jersey based on an aerodynamic fit with a next-to-skin feel. The racer fit is 1 size smaller than the Standard fit.
Standard fit is close to the body. Performance cut with comfort in mind.
We always recommend ordering a fit kit so that you can always make the appropriate choice of fit and size.
What are the differences between our chamois?

It is our custom paint bike program which allows you to customize your Garneau dream bike with colors, decals and more!
Customize your kit from head to toe with clothing, accessories, helmets and by adding a bike! We are specialists in every category!
What you need to know before you order
What does LG> need to start an order?
Signed contract with styles, sizing and quantities. 50% deposit, Vector logos
What is the minimum to place an order?
There is no minimum to place a full custom or a semi-custom order. You can now order as little as 1 unit!
To reach a better price, any combinaition of units per style is allowed *except accessories. All styles must share the same design.
Combining styles allows to hit better pricing based on volume.
What is PPR?
It is our online ordering system for teams/clubs, making it simple for the team manager to collects orders, manage payments, and even collect team dues.
Can I place my custom order online?
Absolutely! In fact, this is new with Garneau! You can place your custom order online, reorder, track shipments and view order history.

How much is shipping?
Simple! Shipping is included in pricing!
What are LG timelines?
To get a quote : 24 to 48 hours once styles are selected.
To get a sketch : 24 to 48 hours once we have the art direction and art files in vector format.
To get a sketch revision : 24 hours. 2 free revisions are allowed.
To elaborate initial layouts : 48 hours once we have art direction and art files in vector format. The layout stage is approximately 2 weeks including revisions.
To produce the order : 3 to 4 weeks once we have all layouts approved. Additional delays for large orders, more than 100 units please contact an internal sales coordinator at 1-800-463-8356.
*Important to mention if you have an event date.
What are the payment terms on custom orders?
50% deposit is required before production.
Balance required prior to delivery.
We take VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, CHECKS.
How to send back Fit Kit samples?
In your Fit kit package you already have a sticker for the return including LG> address and the return number.
Return shipping fees are at your own expense.
On PPR, what happens if you don't hit quantities quoted?
The manager of the team needs to add all extra units missing from the original quote.
An internal sales coordinator will assist you.
After your Order is completed
What is the minimum for a reorder?
Reorder will be at the same price within one year of original order with no minimum.
Reorder = same style and same design as original order.
